Shon focuses his attention on empowering and motivating men to maximize their manhood by self-actualization and re-discovering their true identity. Shon serves as a presenter, trainer, and consultant on issues related to responsible fatherhood. In 2015 Shon created InvolvedDad (ID), a non-profit (501c3) organization which focuses its efforts on building stronger families and communities through the promotion of responsible fatherhood.  ID also has a heart for national and international missions focused on equipping men to effectively father their children. Currently, ID services families and organizations located in the city of Flint, Michigan and the surrounding areas. Helping to ensure that fathers contribute to the healthy well-being of their children, ID is currently contracted by the Genesee County Health Department and local high schools to facilitate male development and empowerment.
